The Upside Down was created by Henry Creel, Vecna explains to Eleven (in flashbacks from when El unintentionally helped the escape of 001/Henry Creel) “Eleven, thank you for rescuing me. It’s too late to halt this, “at an instant’s notice.

According to initial reports, Stranger Things 4 will be longer than the previous three episodes combined. “Episodes 407 is 1 hour, 38 minutes; 408 is roughly 1 hour, 25 minutes; and 409 is almost two and a half hours” was the first piece of information that Netflix(opens in new tab) provided.
Despite the fact that Stranger Things 4 volume 2’s final two episodes (which make up the bulk of the season) were noticeably vague, no one seemed to notice. It was reported that the finale lasted “two and a half hours,” but we won’t name names here because the “nearly” was removed.

Stranger Things 4 volume 2 plot
Eleven wasn’t responsible for The Massacre at Hawkins Lab, which is the most important revelation of this season’s conclusion. It is possible that El (Jamie Campbell Bower) helped kill Henry Creel (aka 001) by removing the lab-installed controls from his body. Henry Creel was then stopped by Eleven, who essentially sent him into (or created?) the Upside Down.
Vecna appears to be seeking vengeance, and the kids must work together to stop him. It appears that Eleven only regained a fraction of her power during her stay in the NINA experiment, reliving her history, in order to stop him.
When it comes to Nancy’s fate, the Upside-Down has no mercy on Dustin and his friends, who were able to assist Steve, Robin, and Eddie in their escape. Steve’s (and the others’) first priority in Stranger Things 4 volume 2 is likely to be saving her.
And while all this was happening in Russia, Joyce and Murray found Hopper and Dmitri, who had just stopped a Demogorgon with a spear through the face. Their return to the United States is imminent.

News says that Ross and Matt Duffer want to continue working with Van Dien after claiming they regret killing her off. Eddie Munson, the last person to see Chrissy alive, or Jason Carver, her boyfriend, might bring her back in a flashback or a dream (or nightmare) scenario.
