As of this writing, the OnePlus 10 Pro has only been available in China since the beginning of 2022, but it has now been released in the United States.
The North American version of the item is almost identical to its Chinese counterpart, except that the 80W charger is incompatible with 110V networks, therefore the 65W charger is used instead.
We saw no discernible difference between the two standards in our assessment of the OnePlus 10 Pro, so this isn’t a major concern.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and two memory configurations – 8/128 GB and 12/256 GB – remain unchanged for the OnePlus 10 Pro.
The OnePlus 9 Pro has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1440p resolution, however the LTPO2 screen has been updated. From 1Hz to 120Hz, it has a genuine adaptive refresh rate. Additionally, OnePlus has calibrated the display at 500 and 1000 nits for more realistic colours across a range of brightness.
The primary camera on the OnePlus 10 Pro has the same 48MP Sony IMX789 sensor as its predecessor. There’s also an 8MP telephoto camera, but the 50MP ultrawide camera with a Samsung JN1 sensor is a significant increase.
OnePlus collaborated with Hasselblad, a Swedish camera manufacturer, to improve the camera’s performance.
32MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 lens for selfies is the latest addition to the phone’s camera system.
OxygenOS 12.1, based on Android 12.1, powers the worldwide OnePlus 10 Pro.
It has a 5,000 mAh battery. There is a difference between the 65W charger and the 80W power brick that will be sent to customers in the US, Europe, and India. AirVOOC wireless charging is also supported, and the firm says that the phone can be charged from 0% to 100% in 47 minutes.
The basic 8/128GB version of the OnePlus 10 Pro will cost $899 in the United States and €899 in Europe, according to the company’s announcement. India’s starting price is INR 69,999. In India, pre-orders are now open, and the product will be available for purchase on April 5; in other locations, pre-orders will close on April 8.
