- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash salt
- 6 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

- Roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate on a floured surface. Trim and flute the edge Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
