As a regular user of the Apple Watch, I’m constantly on the lookout for new ways to improve the device. This one, on the other hand, falls somewhere in the middle between practical and entertaining, as is the case with most of my discoveries.
An app called Shazam, which can identify music being played out loud, may be familiar to some of you. If you’re in a restaurant or bar and hear a song you want to keep for later, but don’t want to bother the waitress or bartender for the playlist information, you may save it to your phone. After opening the Shazam app on your smartphone (iPhone or Android), it will begin scanning the Shazam database for a match.
How about Shazam for your Apple Watch, though? It’s true. Even though I often use Shazam on my iPhone, I had never tried it on my Apple Watch until a few of weeks ago. When my phone is out of reach, it’s a lot easier to use. The nice aspect is that Siri can be used as well.
It’s a cinch to get Shazam working on your Apple Watch if you know how to use it (and especially how to install and remove Apple Watch applications). On your iPhone, you’ll need to install Shazam, one of the greatest music identification applications. Shazam should show up in your Apple Watch’s app library immediately if you’ve set up automatic downloads for it. Shazam may now be downloaded from the App Store on your Apple Watch.

How to make advantage of Shazam on your Apple Wearable
Open the Shazam app on your Apple Watch and begin searching for music. In the grid or list view, you should be able to see the Shazam symbol or the app’s name.
Select the Shazam symbol by clicking the blue button. Your Apple Watch is listening when an orange microphone symbol appears next to the clock.
The name of the song and the name of the artist may be found here. Additionally, Shazam will display the album cover if one is available. It’s possible that Apple Music may encourage you to listen to the complete song.
When I ask Siri, what music am I hearing?
To identify a music being played, you may also utilise Siri. Press the digital crown on your Apple Watch and inquire, “Which song is now playing?” Siri will identify the music it hears and label it.
