40-second video displays Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra’s primary selling factors ahead of today’s planned debut.
Tomorrow, during Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series will be formally unveiled. Ahead of its official debut, the forthcoming smartphones and tablets were shown off in leaked photographs and specifications. When it comes to Samsung’s next devices, even their marketing films are out there.
The official hands-on footage of the Galaxy S22, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, and the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra were posted on Twitter by @DemonixLeaks. The Galaxy S22 in several colours may be seen in the video. Ports and controls, as well as the smartphone’s triple camera arrangement, are all visible.
Black, red, and white versions of the Galaxy S22 Ultra may be found on the market. Comparatively, it sports a more boxy appearance than the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+. It is considered the genuine successor to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra since it has a built-in S Pen.
There are just a few hours left before Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2022, where the firm will show off its new Galaxy S22 smartphone lineup and Galaxy Tab S8 tablet lineup.
There’s still time for one more leak before the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra becomes official, as Demonix Leaks has posted a video showing the massive tablet in action.
A giant 14.6-inch tablet is reported, dwarfing the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and it doesn’t appear very portable in the 40-second footage, as it spends much of its time propped up on a desk.
Aside from Apple’s biggest iPad, which can be seen as a direct contrast to the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra’s Keyboard Book Cover case, this video also delivers Microsoft Surface Pro vibes because of the Keyboard Book Cover’s ability to transform the tablet into a surrogate laptop.
The Surface Pro has a 10.6-inch screen, so it’s obviously larger, but the leaker shows off how useful the Tab S8 Ultra’s multitasking capabilities are on such a huge screen. For example, One UI shows three app windows in an adjustable grid, each with its own set of components that can be dragged and dropped between them with the S Pen.
However, the clip’s most impressive trick is that the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra seems to be able to communicate with Samsung cellphones. After selecting a colour from a palette picker on the linked phone, the demonstrator uses the S Pen to copy that colour onto the tablet. A nice touch, and something Evan Blass has already hinted to.
If prior spec leaks are right, there should be no issues with the internals of the device. We’re promised a gadget powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. While the 14.6-inch screen will result in large 12.9 x 8.2-inch proportions, it is only expected to be 0.21-inches thick, according to reports.
The major issue, of course, is how much the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will put you back, and the answer is likely “a lot.” You may want to pre-order now if you think it’s a good deal, since it’s expected to be in low supply and there are no plans to refill it.
