July 24 (UPI) – – The Marvel comic adaption Daredevil is getting a follow-up series on Disney+.

“At least, that’s what we’re trying to tell ourselves. Charlie Cox and @VincentDonofrio will be returning to Daredevil: Born Again when it premieres on #DisneyPlus in Spring 2024! “On Saturday, the streaming service sent a tweet.

On Netflix’s Daredevil, which ran for three seasons until wrapping up in 2018, they played the characters of blind lawyer Matt Murdock/Daredevil and villain Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, respectively.

D’Onofrio guest starred as crimelord Kingpin in the Disney+ series, Hawkeye, while Cox appeared as the superhero in the 2021 movie, Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Earlier this month, media reported that the characters would also appear in the Hawkeye spin-off, Echo.
