- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 2 1/2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- ¾ cup Water
- 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sauce
- 12 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Beef Bouillon Granules
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Hot Cooked Rice, Flour Tortillas, Tomatoes, and Lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it is brown. Place it in a 3-quart slow cooker.
