Apple said today that it will launch a new Heart Month Activity Challenge next month. On February 14, Apple Watch users may complete the Activity Challenge by spending 30 minutes in their Exercise ring to get a special certificate and exclusive iMessage stickers.

This February, in honour of Heart Month, Apple will also provide related content on the App Store, the Apple TV app, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books.
“At Apple, we think that empowering individuals with health information may transform the trajectory of their well-being,” said Apple COO Jeff Williams, who leads the Apple Watch team. “Keeping your heart healthy takes a holistic approach, something we’ve focused on since the first iteration of Apple Watch with the addition of activity and workout applications, in addition to heart rate.”
Apple also released preliminary findings from its Apple Heart and Movement Study. According to Apple, after reviewing more over 18 million exercises documented using the Apple Watch during the epidemic, researchers discovered that study participants depended on obtaining their activity minutes in by walking, cycling, and running the most.
