There is at least one MacBook registered in the regulatory database of the Eurasian Economic Commission ahead of the rumoured March debut.
Before a device can be sold in a particular country, it must be registered in the database, but this simply increases the likelihood that Macs will be available shortly. In any case, entries often surface a few weeks before the launch, so this submission looks to support anticipation of a March event.

A total of three Apple devices are included in the EEC database:
- Macs and replacement parts for the A2615 and A2686 (macOS 12) versions of Apple computers.
- The Apple A2681 (macOS 12) and its components
- Aside from the fact that they’re from Apple, the EEC database provides no more information.
Rumors about an Apple event on March 8, 2022, first focused on the debut of a new iPhone SE and an updated iPad Air, but this has since changed.
A new MacBook Pro may also be announced at the same time, according to recent rumours. As for the 13-inch MacBook Pro, rumours claim that suppliers in China toiled through the customary Lunar New Year in order to fulfil deadlines for Apple’s upcoming introduction of a replacement model.
