New reports claim that WhatsApp is working on a new interface for group phone conversations on iPhones, which is a tremendously popular instant messaging app.
When initiating a group phone call, WhatsApp users will experience a new UI that WABetaInfo initially reported on. For one-on-one calls, the shift is similar to one that has previously been seen.
While on group calls, WhatsApp has updated the user interface, as seen in this picture. While you make a basic voice call, you’ll see a similar design, which was previously disclosed when the functionality was in development. Real-time voice waveforms may be seen if the new interface is enabled.
There is a background voice call included in the makeover, however it is not yet editable.
A small number of WhatsApp beta testers seem to have been given access to the new feature, but we may anticipate it to grow in the future. The release date for this new feature is likewise unknown, although WhatsApp is known for moving quickly and efficiently through the development pipeline.
WhatsApp is one of the greatest iPhone applications for what it provides, and seeing the group calling UI receive a fresh coat of paint is a welcome improvement.
