Upcoming iQOO 11 will have Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, new E6 AMOLED display

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset-equipped iQOO 10 Pro made its debut in late July, and the vivo brand is already working on the replacement. Digital Chat Station, a leaker, claims that the iQOO 11 Pro will include Qualcomm’s SM8550 platform, which is the future Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The San Diego-based business intends to launch its flagship SoC in the middle of November, which gives the iQOO 11 series around three months until they become available.

The insider further asserted that the upcoming iQOO phone will have a Samsung E6 AMOLED with a single punch hole. Energy efficiency is represented by the letter E, and while the screen is able to maintain its brightness levels, power consumption decreases, resulting in even longer battery life.

Chinese folks incorrectly refer to the QHD (1440p) resolution as having a “2K resolution,” which is what the display of the iQOO 11 Pro is reported to have. In order to prevent flicker, it will also have a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1440Hz PWM dimming.
