Plans depict a double drive-through and inside seating.

The civil engineer is from Fort Lauderdale and is named Bowman Consulting Group.

In Mandarin, the location is at San Jose Boulevard and Old Acosta Road, south of Loretto Road. South of Interstate 295 is the location.
