European Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra customers have reported GPS signal difficulties on their smartphones and they were confirmed by a Samsung administrator on its community site. Several users have reported no GPS signal when using Google Maps and Waze which has inspired all kinds of solutions that vary in their efficacy to help the problem.

Users have tried rebooting their phones, resetting A-GPS capabilities and calibrating the compass among others.

The Samsung forum administrator stated the GPS problem is noticed by Samsung and that a software upgrade is now being created. There’s no time estimate for the update roll-out just yet but it should not be far off.
