One of the most well-known brands in the world, OnePlus is known for teasing new products before they are officially announced. A few months before its official unveiling, OnePlus had promised that one of the greatest smartwatches for OnePlus users will be available. Although the final product fell short of our expectations, it ultimately provided an optimum wristwatch experience for those using any of the finest OnePlus phones.
The OnePlus Watch 2 is said to be in development in Europe and Asia, according to reports. When it comes to smartwatches, Samsung and Apple have already established an annual upgrade cycle that is similar to the one that is used by OnePlus for its second-generation Android wristwatch, which is expected to arrive in summer 2022.

If the OnePlus 10 Pro launch event is any indication, we may expect an announcement or teaser for the OnePlus Watch 2. On Thursday at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT, the event will take place. The OnePlus 10 Pro launch event will be streamed live on the OnePlus website.
The OnePlus Watch 2 is more likely to arrive in the second half of the year, rather than the first. It’s worth noting that OnePlus hasn’t mentioned a new wristwatch since the release of the original OnePlus Watch in May of last year, only months after the OnePlus 9 Pro was announced. Prior to a product’s formal release, the firm is notorious for teasing (and in some instances, entirely exposing) upcoming items.
In terms of pricing, we expect OnePlus will go for a low-cost smartwatch that’s in the $150-$200 range. We wouldn’t be shocked if the pricing of the second OnePlus Watch was the same as the first.

If the OnePlus Watch 2 is really on the way, we may expect more speculations regarding its specifications and features in the near future. If Google services, an adequate app store, and better fitness features are added to the OnePlus Watch 2, it has the potential to succeed.
