Huawei nova 10 Pro in for review

On the world market, Huawei debuted the Nova 10 series at IFA 2022 in Berlin. We went to the conference, listened to the keynote speech, and even had some private time to test out the Pro version.

Now that the nova 10 Pro has arrived at our headquarters, this is what Huawei has packed inside the package. We have previously mentioned some of its most amazing accomplishments.

The 10 Pro is as beautiful as a smartphone can be, and the nova series has always been design-focused. The nova logo stands out on the sleek matte finish of our unit in Silver. The gadget fits well in the palm and features a stylish red accent on the power key.

The body is impressively thin for such a phone but the three-step camera island bulges a lot. Not only does it make it wobble massively on a flat surface it also makes the phone top-heavy.

The gold color is generally accepted as a symbol of glamour and prestige in China, and Huawei spent a lot to accent the nova 10 Pro’s flamboyance. The Silver unit has the most gold of all, with the outer ring and the circle around the main camera in the middle.

The color is also present on the default wallpaper, and since the phone ships with EMUI 12 (instead of Harmony OS), there is a Themes app that can gild even the icons.

The nova 10 Pro has the same chipset from the nova 9 Pro that is limited to LTE. We love the fact there is a 100W charger with the appropriate cable in the box and there is also a transparent plastic case. Once you put that on the phone the camera bump is still there, but it protrudes a lot less.

We gave our review team the Huawei nova 10 Pro. The whole review will be available after the tests and judgments are completed, so keep checking back.
