INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups Chickpea
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 6 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 5 Black Pepper Seeds
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Teabag
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 3 tsp Channa Masala
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Tamarind Sauce
- Tomatoes, Onions, Green Chilies, and Coriander Leaves

INSTRUCTIONS
- Take chickpeas in a bowl. Add baking pop and water. Save to the side for 5-6 hours.
