Online retailer Amazon had previously revealed that Honor’s new laptop series will soon be on sale in the coming weeks, and the MagicBook X 14, which starts at $38,990, and the MagicBook X 15, which starts at $46,990, went on sale today.
14-inch and 15-inch versions of the Honor MagicBook X laptops are available. The sub-brand of Huawei has been absent from the Indian market for some time, therefore their comeback is noteworthy.
The Intel Core i3-10110U CPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of PCIe SSD storage are all included in Honor’s MagicBook X 14. If you’d rather, you can also get it with an Intel Core i5-10210U chipset with 8GB of RAM and a 512GB solid-state drive (SSD). An IPS Full HD display is found on the laptop. The MagicBook X 14 has a 56Wh battery, which the manufacturer says may last up to 13 hours of use.
MagicBook X 15 has 8GB of RAM and an SSD, but just the Intel Core i3-10110U processor. A 42Wh battery powers the laptop’s 15.6-inch IPS FullHD screen. The laptop’s battery life is rated at 7.8 hours on a full charge, according to the manufacturer.
There are two versions of the MagicBook: one with an aluminium chassis and one with a display with Anti-Glare technology, which helps to eliminate reflections. A 720p pop-up webcam with flash is also included in the top row of the backlit keyboard of the laptops in question. When the power button is pressed, the fingerprint scanner in the top right corner serves as the power button.
Both laptops have USB 3.0 Gen 1 and USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port, and a Type-C connector for communication. The 67W Type-C PD charger included with the MagicBook X 14 and X 15 notebooks may also be used to charge other Type-C devices.
