Fleur de Lis Cucumber Gin Cocktail Recipe
Fleur de Lis cucumber cocktails may be made using Hendricks gin, elderflower liqueur, lime and ginger ale.
Ingredients
- 3 slices cucumber (2 to 3 slices)
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce St. Germain elderflower liquor
- 1 1/4 ounces Hendricks gin (or other cucumber based gin)
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces ginger ale
- 1 cup ice
Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the cucumber slices.
- To smash the cucumbers, use a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon
- Gin, simple syrup, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, gin, and ice cubes.
- Allow 30 seconds of shaking time.
- Fill a cocktail glass halfway with the concoction.
- Use ginger ale to finish.
- Slices of cucumber or a wedge of lime may be used as garnish.
