Jio Phone Next is now available in India; find out about the price, features, and everything that you need to know

The JioPhone Next, which was first announced at the Reliance AGM in June, has now been launched in India. The phone was supposed to be released around Ganesh Chaturthi (in September), however it was postponed. JioPhone Next Price in India and availability 

The JioPhone Next will be available starting November 4th, as previously said. The selling price of the JioPhone Next is Rs. 6,499, according to the company. Jio, on the other hand, is targeting entry-level smartphone customers by allowing them to buy the phone for Rs. 1,999 and pay the remainder in EMIs over 18 or 24 months.

  1. Always-on Plan: available in 18- and 24-month EMIs costing Rs. 350 and Rs. 300 per month, respectively. Offers 5GB data and 100 minutes of calls
  2. Large Plan: This is priced at Rs. 500 per month for 18 months and Rs 450 if you opt for 24 months EMI. Users get unlimited voice calls and 1.5GB 4G data every day.
  3. XL Plan: Costs Rs. 550 for 18 months and Rs. 500 for 24 months. Offers unlimited calls and 2 GB/daily 4G data bundled.
  4. XXL Plan: Costs Rs. 600 for 18 months and Rs. 550 for 24 months. Offers unlimited calls and 2.5 GB/daily 4G data bundled in.

A processing fee of Rs. 501 is also charged by the firm for this financing arrangement. The phone may be purchased at a Jio Mart digital shop or registered online at the Jio website. After completing the registration process, the customer must go to a nearest JioMart outlet to pick up their JioPhone Next.

JioPhone Next features and specifications 

The JioPhone Next is an entry-level 4G phone that competes in the same price range with phones from Xiaomi, Realme, Infinix, Poco, Micromax, and others. Apart from the price, the internals and software of the phone are of great interest.

The JioPhone Next runs on a special version of Android dubbed Pragati OS, which was created by Google. This near-stock version of Android is designed primarily for low-spec phones geared at the entry-level smartphone market. It has several unique capabilities, such as Read Aloud and Translate, and it also works with all Google apps. MyJio, JioCinema, JioTv, JioSaavn, and other Reliance Jio applications are also pre-installed.

The gadget is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. A micro-SD card may be used to expand the phone’s storage up to 512 GB. The JioPhone Next features a 5.45-inch LCD display with HD+ quality and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, which are both uncommon features for phones in this price range.

The JioPhone Next, which has dual sim connection, is powered by a 3500 mAh battery. It sports a 13-megapixel camera on the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
