The Apple Car project, which is still moving forward, is receiving a new staff. Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst, stated as much in a tweet.
The Project Titan-branded Apple Car has been a bit of a disaster for Apple. If rumours are to be believed, it has gone through several executives and engineers, and we have been informed that a new team will be arriving before the end of 2022.

At this moment, it is unclear whether Project Titan, Apple Car, or whatever name it ultimately receives will ever become a product that Apple distributes, although some have predicted its release around the middle of the decade. Kuo has since said on Twitter that he thinks “Apple will likely assemble the new Apple Car project team by the end of 2022.”
We’ve heard a variety of allegations throughout the years regarding the Apple Car. It has occasionally been a project where Apple would deliver an autonomous electric vehicle. At other times, it has been a project designed to market self-driving technology to more auto manufacturers.
Most recently, there were rumours that Apple was in discussions with automakers regarding a cooperation in which they would create an automobile, perhaps with Apple’s emblem on the hood. At various periods, businesses including Kia and Hyundai were suspected to be involved.
At this time, it is unclear what the most recent reorganisation of the Apple Car team implies or whether it is simply another instance of the talent turnover for which the project has been infamous over the last few years.
