The vivo Y73t recently made its debut in China. The entry-level smartphone has a 50MP primary camera and a large battery with 44W charging. It has a new Mediatek chipset but is otherwise largely similar to the iQOO Z6x.
The Y73t is powered by Dimensity 700, coupled with 8/12GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. Its 6.58” LCD has Full HD+ resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. There is a waterdrop notch at the top for the 8MP selfie cam.
Around the back the 50MP main and 2MP macro cameras sit on a big rectangular island along with the LED flash.
The battery capacity is 6,000 mAh and is charged through a USB-C port. Other specs include OriginOS Ocean on top of Android 12, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5 mm audio jack on the bottom.
The vivo Y73t is already up for sale at the company website and retail partners in three colours – Black, Blue, and Orange. This phone is only available in China, and it costs CNY1,399 ($195) for the 8/128 GB model, CNY1,599 ($222) for the 8/256 GB model, and CNY1,799 ($250) for the 12/256 GB model.
