Samsung Galaxy M11 got Android 12 update with One UI 4.1

You can tell how many devices Samsung has already updated by the fact that they’ve reached the point where they’re updating low-end phones from two years ago with One UI 4.1.

That’s precisely what the M11 is, and it’s now receiving the Android 12 upgrade with the latest version of Samsung’s skin on top, as well.

Currently, the update is only available in Vietnam, but it is expected to be rolled out to additional nations and territories in the near future. A global rollout normally takes Samsung a few of weeks, but the key thing is that it’s starting.

The M115FXXU3CVF6 build for the devices marketed in Vietnam also has the June 2022 security patch level. We’ll give the Korean corporation a break here because that’s out of date by just one day.

Because of the Galaxy M11’s low processing power, it’s possible that it may only receive a portion of One UI 4.1’s full feature set. However, the changelog hasn’t been released yet, so we can’t tell you for sure what features will be missing from the whole set.
