Oppo is allegedly working on two foldable smartphones to be launched internationally updated

The Find N, Oppo’s first foldable device, was favorably reviewed but regrettably never made it outside of China. However, if the most recent rumor regarding the topic is to be believed, the company appears to have entirely different plans for this fall.

It appears that Oppo will release not one, but two foldable smartphones in the upcoming weeks. Unlike the Find N, both of them will be offered internationally. Given that the names of these have just been registered as trademarks with the EU Intellectual Property Office, they might be known as Find N Fold and Find N Flip.

These names essentially sum up Oppo’s strategy in this case, which appears to try to “emulate” Samsung as much as possible. It’s unclear whether the Find N Fold will maintain the Find N’s significantly smaller form factor or if it will enlarge to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 on that front as well. Regarding the Find N Flip, it ought to face off against the Galaxy Z Flip4.

According to reports, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which powers Samsung’s most recent and finest products, will be used in both Oppo devices. The Find N was relatively reasonably priced in China, but Oppo has not yet said whether it will use the same approach with the forthcoming generations. Stay there, and we’ll keep you updated.
