How to Find Out Your iPhone Model

You may find the model name in Settings -> General -> About if you’re not sure what iPhone model you have.

By heading to Settings -> Software Update, you can also determine which version of iOS is installed on your device. Your iPhone will alert you here if an update is available.

You may check back here in the Settings app after the new version is officially announced to make sure your iPhone stays up to date with all the latest features. iOS 16 won’t be released until fall 2022, most likely in or around October.
