A couple more Macs have been extinct for a while now.

Two MacBook Air models and a MacBook Pro model have been added to Apple’s list of outmoded goods, according to an internal letter acquired by MacRumors. All three of these devices have been on Apple’s vintage list for the past two years already.

The 11-inch MacBook Air is expected to be the final 11-inch Mac to be discontinued on April 30th, according to reports. These include a 13-inch Air and Pro, both of which were released in 2013.

Following Apple’s October 2016 launch of the MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar, the company discontinued the 11-inch MacBook Air. For the time being, the 13-inch MacBook Air is still being sold, and display industry specialist Ross Young has predicted that a bigger 15-inch MacBook Air would be released in 2023.

Customers will no longer be able to get their devices fixed by Apple or one of its Authorized Service Providers once the models are officially on the outdated list. A third-party repair can still be done, but Apple will no longer be responsible for those fixes.

The 13-inch MacBook Air is likely to be redesigned by Apple during an event in the fall. In addition, a 15-inch MacBook Air is expected to emerge in 2023, according to rumours.
